Zero Forms practice is a continuous process of active reflection.
Through movement and joint articulation, we gather information from our organism and gradually adjust our behaviour so we can move and live with more ease and less energy cost.
This series of 8 online classes aims to provide practical tools and principles for developing a clearer dialogue with the body and greater sensitivity to how we move, feel, and respond over time.
The practices we share use attentive action as a way of studying structure, coordination, and physiology. We work toward a dynamic balance between universal principles and our own unique composition.
We aim to develop bodily musicality, elasticity, and sensitivity through refinement of rhythmic organisation and attention to detail.
The practice is open to new practitioners, as well as former workshop participants and long-term students who wish to revisit the material and find ways to integrate it into their daily rhythm.
