Our coaching cycle begins with a detailed mapping of your personal context, followed by 10 sessions over 5 months—available online or in person (Prague, CZ).

Each session is a dialogue—a mix of physical and cognitive tasks, along with theoretical frameworks to reflect on and refine your personal practice.

You’ll receive continuous feedback, with follow-ups on emerging questions, ensuring that your practice deepens and evolves over time.

We are committed to long-term, meaningful change. This process takes time, care, and creative action.
