We are shaped by the environments we move through and how we engage with them.
This workshop series begins with a one-day introductory session, followed by two immersive weekend workshops. Together, they offer a continuous exploration of movement, communication, and learning through practice.
Using structured tasks, partner work, and open play, we investigate how the human organism coordinates, responds, and adapts under changing conditions.
Rather than fixed techniques, we work with situations to develop:
– rhythm and coordination
– adaptability and resilience
– creative problem-solving
– communication
– a deeper engagement with the learning process
The practice unfolds through the core components of Fighting Monkey — zero forms, movement situations, and reflective processes — each offering a different way to experience and reshape how we act, perceive, and learn.
Expect physical challenges, playful exploration, and moments of active observation. The aim is not performance, but the cultivation of tools for sustainable practice and lifelong learning.
Open to participants from diverse backgrounds. No prerequisites.
