During this workshop, we explore our adaptive learning capacities through the ongoing interplay between how we move, perceive, and interact.
Rooted in Fighting Monkey Practice, the work is not about collecting techniques. It is a continuous research in which participants test ideas, observe and reshape behavioural and thinking patterns, and develop practical tools that support positive long-term adaptations.
The workshop is also part of our Study Cycle, a year-long experimental process focused on movement, creativity, and human adaptability. If this speaks to you, the full year is open to join.

Open Games & Play
Keep playing to stay sharp, mobile, and engaged throughout life.

Develop clarity, coherence, and whole-body connectivity rather than constantly “fixing” the body.

Movement & Communication
Move and express yourself in ways that allow you to resonate and respond flexibly.
We value diverse learning environments. Our Study Cycle welcomes anyone willing to examine habits, challenge assumptions, and engage in open exploration... curious movers, artists, dancers, athletes, coaches, therapists, educators, and engineers alike.
If you are drawn to joyful learning, play, discovery, and movement as a way of understanding yourself and the world, this process can offer inspiration, stimulating challenges, and support meaningful change.
