FM with Jakub Open Class, July 20
Open classes are based on the Fighting Monkey Practice focus on practical tools to stimulate all the systems of our body through varied and playful task based situations. We will work mainly on improvisation, coordination and partnering games.
The work is built upon generally applicable principles of human movement, learning and communication. We will activate the whole body, challenge your memory, observation capabilities, and cultivate attention to detail and care.
The practice will be physically challenging, however, the practitioners always have a space to select their own pace. No special skills are needed but it is most useful not to take yourself too seriously and enjoy the process of learning, which is coming through bridging initial failures.
